Spotlighting The Opportunity
WorldVest Fuel Partners has identified and developed an incredible opportunity at Port of Brownsville, Texas to supply ultra-low sulfur diesel 15 ppm for export to the Mexico market from a US-based fuel terminal.
For decades 11,000 gas stations in Mexico were state-owned and run by the Pemex monopoly. To increase private investments, Mexico has begun to deregulate and liberate its energy reforms creating new opportunities for U.S. investors and refineries.
Pemex has pipelines and refineries in Mexico, but they struggle with global competition, overstaffing, lack of investment and technologies, reliability, and quality needed to make and distribute high quality low Sulphur Diesel Fuel to the Mexico marketplace.
Additionally, the existence of the Mexico drug cartels make it impossible to use existing pipelines or ports to safely move diesel fuel to the markets.
The market demand in Mexico for high quality diesel fuel is rapidly growing with a current underserved market. WorldVest is assembling an existing secure logistics and delivery infrastructure to meet the growing needs for weekly diesel fuel supply to our Mexico based customers.
Current Fuel Purchase Customers
WorldVest Fuel Partners has secured 3 customers who collectively have been in business over 100 years. These companies are currently importing over 7,000,000 gallons of fuel per week from Brownsville, Texas to Mexico with continued month-over-month growth.
It is projected that within the first 90-days WorldVest Fuel Partners will expand weekly supply to 10,000,000 gallons per week, with a potential first year growth up to weekly supplies of 50,000,000 gallons.

These partners are nationally and globally recognized in the fuel storage and distributions sectors.
Fuel Flows
1.Fuel is purchase from top U.S. refineries located in Texas and Louisiana.
2.Kirby Corporation loads and transports fuel to the Port in Brownsville. (Fully Insured)
3.Bluewing Midstream receives and stores fuel our leased fuel tanks. (Fully Insured)
4.Our customers receive fuel directly from Bluewing into a tanker truck or rail car. (All Purchases are Prepaid)
5.Buyer transports fuel to its customers in Mexico and returns for more.
